Bin and Silo Unloaders
In addition to several option of storage systems, RWII offers several options for bin and silo unloading including live-floor unloading, Flying Dutchman Unloaders, wedge-floor unloaders and top-down unloaders. Our unloading systems are efficient, low-maintenance and cost-effective.
RWII material unloading systems handle a wide variety of materials, and keep those material loose and free-flowing to maximize unloading efficiency.
Live-Floor Unloading Systems
RWII live-floor unloading systems provide a flexible material unloading solution. Used to top-load trailers, the live floor can move the saw dust load from north to south or reversed to move the load from south to north.
Flying Dutchman Unloaders
The Flying Dutchman Unloader is designed to unload silos while keeping material separate and free-flowing. Flying Dutchman Unloaders will unload a wide variety of materials along with unloading from a wide range of structures.

Wedge-Floor Unloaders
The wedge-floor unloader uses a series of "wedges" to move material from the bottom of the stored material, ensuring efficient rotation of material in the storage bin.

Top-Down Unloaders
Top-down unloaders can be used for multiple storage bins and multiple materials in the same installation. In addition to efficiently unloading material, top-down unloaders also assist in the loading and distribution of material in the storage bin, preventing material from "piling up" in the bin.
