Densification
RWII supplies a selection of densification solutions including cubing systems and balers. Densification is the process of taking processed, low density material and converting it into a more usable or transportable form by increasing its density.
Cubing Systems
Cubing systems can convert many loose, low-density materials into a densified form that can be easily transported and easily measured. The resulting product is ideal for alternative fuels that are efficient to burn. Non-recyclable (low market value) papers, newsprint, poly coated or waxed cardboard, pre-consumer industrial fiber wastes, wood processing and manufacturing wastes, and post consumer combustible fiber wastes can all be processed at rates of 1 to 8 tons per hour.
